If We Hold On Together...

Lately I’ve been in a Don Bluth mood, so I drew some fanart. For those who don’t know, it’s Littlefoot and his Mother with a tree star floating behind them from one of my favorite childhood films the Land Before Time. Both have always been my favorite characters, and I still get very emotional when I watch it because this has to be the most moving childhood film I ever watched. Some of their design was based off memory, but I used references for Littlefoot’s feet (Littlefeet?). Was inspired to draw this after listening to Robert Plant’s Heaven Knows, coincidentally released in 1988 when this film was in theaters, and lyrics which have absolutely nothing to do with the actual picture, so I based the background off the cover art. The background was made in Prismacolor pencil, and both Longnecks were colored on Gimp. I hope you like!
